OS National to Expand Headquarters Operations, Create More Than 1,000 Jobs in Gwinnett County

The Georgia Department of Economic Development announced that OS National LLC (OSN), a nationally recognized title and escrow provider, will create more than 1,000 jobs and invest more than $15 million in their headquarters in Gwinnett County.

“It’s a great day in Georgia when an existing industry announces an expansion,” said Georgia Department of Economic Development Commissioner Pat Wilson. “Not only does this announcement put a spotlight on the state’s thriving pro-business environment which is supportive of new and existing businesses, but also on the economic development resources available to companies in Gwinnett County.”

OSN is a nationally recognized provider of residential and commercial title and escrow services. Headquartered in Duluth, Georgia – the company celebrated their six-year anniversary in March 2019.

“In selecting Gwinnett county for our national headquarters we believe we can support OS National’s explosive growth and strategic expansion efforts across the U.S.,” said Jamie Wunder, Managing Partner of OS National. “We recognize the county’s efforts providing businesses excellent options for growth and helping to grow a rich and diverse talent pool for the future.”

OSN employs over 500 associates in four states and helps provide title insurance and escrow services to institutional clients and national lending and banking institutions on both residential and commercial transactions.
