Hargray Communications Group, Inc. recently announced the hiring of their Director of Operations, Thane Good.

A strong, accomplished, and energetic executive leader, Good has 27 years experience working in the industry with Cox Communications. He has a proven track record of sustaining growth and profitability, as well as building effective relationships.

Good is enthusiastic about advancing telecommunications in Macon by overseeing Hargray’s Fiber operations.

“The opportunity to work with Hargray’s excellent team and innovative fiber network is a chance of a lifetime. I am also glad Hargray supports my community volunteers efforts so I can continue to  give back to the community,” says Good.

Good received his BA in Management at Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska. He moved to Macon 33 years ago where he met his wife Dodi. Married for 24 years, they have two children, Bailey and Alex. Together they spend most of their free time enjoying their farm and hosting events on their property known as Tiny Tails Fun Farm, a fun spot for children’s birthday parties.
