Georgia Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens Adds Weekend Call Center Hours

Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens has extended the Department’s telephone assistance hours to include this Saturday and Sunday to help consumers impacted by Hurricane Michael.
The extended hours will be:
Saturday, October 20 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, October 21 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
“We will be taking calls to answer any questions consumers may have regarding their insurance claims,”
Hudgens said.
The call center number is (800) 656-2298. In person assistance may be obtained during normal business hours:
8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
