The Young Entrepreneurs Academy is gearing up to teach middle and high school students the ropes when it comes to starting and running their very own legal and real businesses. On Tuesday, September 25, beginning at 5:30 pm, the Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce will host the final information session for the YEA! program, which is designed for students in 6th through 12th grades. YEA! is a 20-week program that begins in October and guides students through launching and running their own businesses or social movements. The event will be held at the Chamber, located at 416 N. Ashley Street in Valdosta.


Assistance in completing the YEA! applications will be available during the meeting. Attendees will learn about the structure, curriculum, and student application process for the program.
