The Georgia Automotive Manufacturers Association and the Georgia Employers’ Association announced that effective as of November 1, 2017, they will form a strategic partnership that will significantly increase their joint member base in Georgia.  Benefits of this strategic partnership will include allowing all current members of either association to pay reduced member rates to attend all of each other’s seminars, training sessions, webinars, meetings, plant tours, and conferences.  This represents a normal savings of from 25% to 50%, depending on the event.  Other benefits include expanded available member resources, increased networking and business opportunities, and human resource and legal guidance available to members of both associations.

Rick Walker, President & CEO of GAMA, commented that, “This strategic partnership allows each association to better serve its members’ needs by offering enhanced services and resources that can improve their businesses.”

Mike McCurdy, Executive Director of GEA believes that, “Each association’s membership will benefit from the strategic partnership with expanded resources, trainings, and seminars that will increase the value proposition for membership in both associations.”
