EMC Engineering Services, Inc. and OneSource Engineering, Inc. are pleased to announce that, effective September 8, 2014, OneSource Engineering joined EMC’s East Georgia Division in the Augusta, GA Branch. EMC Engineering, founded in 1978, is a consulting engineering corporation with 75 employees assigned to eight production divisions. The East Georgia Division includes service centers in Augusta, Brunswick, Statesboro and Savannah. EMC’s Augusta Branch, managed by Robert L. Titus II PE, provides the following services to clientele within the Central Savannah River Area: land planning, civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, environmental, geotechnical and construction materials testing.

Mr. George D. McDavid will serve as Sr. Project Manager for the Augusta Branch and will join the corporate ownership team as an Associate. Mr. McDavid brings over 40 years of land development consulting experience to EMC. He has served as the Georgia Area Representative for the Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC) program since 1997.

OneSource Engineering, Inc. (formerly OneSource Development, LLC) was established in 2001 by Mr. McDavid to provide consulting engineering services for institutional, municipal, industrial and private sector clients. Similar to EMC, OneSource provided their clients with a “one-stop shop” for their land development needs. “It is important to us at OneSource to continue the personal relationships we have created and fostered with our clients over the years. Our merger with EMC enables us to offer our clients a larger palette of professional services from project inception to completion,” asserted Mr. McDavid.
