Georgia Falls to #9 on CNBC's 'Top State for Business' List

CNBC released its annual study of the best states in the U.S. to do business. This year, Texas ranks #1, while Georgia falls from #4 in 2011 to #9.
Georgia was the strongest state in the nation according to the workforce calculator, but fell considerably on education.
