U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson will visit Valdosta soon to speak to area leaders and citizens.

The Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber is hosting lunch with Sen. Isakson, sponsored by CertusBank, in conjunction with the Valdosta Rotary Club on Wednesday, May 30 from noon-1:30 p.m. at the James H. Rainwater Conference Center.

“I am really looking forward to being in Valdosta and to hear what’s on the minds of the business leaders ofLowndes County,” Isakson said.

Isakson will discuss the latest developments in Washington and federal issues that most impact South Georgia businesses. He will also address his top priorities and attendees will have the opportunity to share their own.

Registration is $20 for Chamber members and $30 for all others; anyone interested in federal legislation is invited to attend.
