Jin Woo Restaurant/American Deli (1700 Norman Dr) Score: 89 B

Violations: Observed fish next to beef in WIC. Observed handle for raw chicken in pan of onions. Observed pans of beef and chicken over sliced cheese in CH prep unit.

 

La' Berry Frozen Yogurt (1650 Baytree RD) Score: 89 B

Violations: Observed numerous cartons of yogurt at 46-47 degrees. Observed yogurt mix in bowl in RIC at 47 degrees. No proper chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution at three compartment sink. 


April 2nd

El Toreo (1713 Gornto Rd) Score: 81 B

Violations: Several menus still observed without advisory and disclosure. Cold hold temperatutes of items set out on prep table or prep counters not held 41 degrees or lower. Salsa observed at 64 degrees Fahrenheit, cheese sauce at 46 degrees and salsa 43-44 degrees: some high temperatures of items set on counters may be due to improper cooling at night as the walk-in cooler temperature was observed between 38 and 42 degrees. Live roaches observed under prep counter at pass-thru window during inspection. Treatment needed twice a month. Clean up roach leavings (frass) and dead pests and follow the recommendations of your licensed pest control operator.
