Firehouse Subs (1525 Baytree Rd) Score: 87 B

Violations: No soap or paper towels located at back handwashing sink. Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Upon further inspection, it was noted that there was no sanitizer at dispenser at 3CS. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils not getting sanitized due to there being no sanitizer at 3 compartment sink. No thermometer in front cold holding unit.

 

Ole Times Country Buffet (1193 St. Augustine Rd) Score: 100 A

Violations: None

 

April 10th

Little Caesar's Pizza (1650 Baytree Rd) Score: 91 A

Violations: Observed potentially hazardous food (2 buckets of pizza sauce) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Potentially hazardous food prepared from/mixed with ingredient(s).

 

McDonalds (715 S. Patterson St) Score: 83 B

Violations: Observed cook not wash hands after removing gloves contaminated with raw meat, handling utensils contaminated with raw meat, and then putting on new gloves without washing hands. Observed cook grab clean gloves and place them on the counter to handle precooked fish then put on the gloves. Observed manager gather clean utensils while holding keys in the same hand as the one used to grab utensils. Observed soiled soda dispensing nozzles.
