Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta, Ga. has partnered with the United Way and local businesses to raise funds for community agencies.

During August, special “PLAY United” discount admission tickets to Wild Adventures are being sold at both Miller Hardware locations in Valdosta and at Jimmy John’s locations in Valdosta, Albany, Tifton and Thomasville.

“We are thrilled to partner with the United Way again this year to help contribute to the support they provide to important agencies throughout our region,” said Patrick Pearson, Wild Adventures Sales and Marketing Director. “We are also grateful to have Miller Hardware and Jimmy John’s join us in providing that support.”

Each “PLAY United” single-day admission ticket is $30, a 40 percent discount. Five dollars of each ticket sold will go directly to the United Way, which funds numerous agencies throughout Valdosta and South Central Georgia.

“Wild Adventures is such a giving community partner, and we are lucky to have them in South Georgia, providing jobs, entertainment and quality of life for so many,” said Michael Smith, CEO Greater Valdosta United Way.

“PLAY United” tickets will be available for purchase through August 31 and are for admission through December 27, 2020.
